Are you struggling to keep up with your mortgage repayments and currently thinking to yourself ‘I need to sell my house - now!’ If so, this comes as no suprise and you join thousands of others in a similar situation.
The UK housing market continues to be woeful following news that the average cost of a two year fixed-rate mortgage has hit seven percent for the first time. This will be crippling to those approaching the end of their current mortgage deal.
These increases are due to lenders passing on their own arrangement fees, as well as contingency costs, covering lenders for the additional risk of lending in such turbulent times. As a consequence of this, new mortgage approvals are now down by 56 percent from last year.
If you have a mortgage and are simply finding the repayments too much to bear, and are thinking ‘I want to sell my house now’ and stop all future repayments, then fill in my online offer form and I will make you an offer on your house TODAY!

I have just been contacted by a gentlemen who is looking to emigrate to Australia in the next few months, and who is in need of a quick house sale. He purchased his property early on in 2007, when thoughts of emigrating were a million miles from his mind. The property was quite run down, and he has spent much of his time renovating and getting the property into its present condition. However life happens, and he was offered an opportunity that simply was too good to turn down. He promptly put his property on the market, and in those 6 months he has suffered a chain break, followed by absolutely no interest.
He then came to me saying he now needed a quick house sale. He has accepted my offer and is set to move in 3 to 4 weeks time, happy that he can now focus on his move to Australia.

I am always being contacted by people in need of a quick house sale. Often it is because they have found their dream home and need to move fast to stop the sale from falling through. Sometimes it is because the house simply will not sell, and after having it on the market for several months, they are looking to secure a quick house sale so that they can eliminate the uncertainty in their future. Simply put, they come to me for a solution so that they can get on with their lives.
I am always amazed at how financially savvy the people who approach me are. They understand that confidence in the UK housing market is at an all time low, and that as house prices continue to fall and mortgage lenders tighten their lending criteria achieving a sale, let alone a quick house sale, is becoming increasingly harder to achieve. They appreciate the guaranteed, workable solution I provide.
If you are currently seeking a quick house sale then contact me now or click here to fill in the online offer form.

The internet certainly cuts out the middle man, but many vendors choose this route as it gives them control over their sale, as well as often providing a quick house sale, something estate agents simply cannot guarantee at the moment.
There are a vast number of sites providing an ‘estate agent’ type service on the internet but one thing you should check first is how much they charge, and how well they advertise, otherwise this could leave you no better off than if you went through a traditional estate agent.
A cheaper alternative to sell your own house is by auction. This may give you a quick house sale, however you go into it almost ‘blind’ with no idea on how much your house will sell for. And once the gavel is down….
A safer alternative to sell your own house is to go to a specialist property buyer. The advantages this has over other methods are:

Are you currently living on the Wirral, in Merseyside, Chester or Cheshire, and thinking ‘how do I sell this house fast?’
Then look no further. I can purchase your property today!
Why have I selected these areas in particular. Well this is were I am based. However I do look at properties all throughout the UK, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you are looking to sell house fast in any other area.
So how are houses selling in this particular part of the North West given the current climate? Well certain areas always sell well, but these tend to be with properties at the higher end of the market. For anyone looking to sell their property in the £50,000 to £300,000 region, they may be finding it something of a struggle.
Unfortunately house prices in the North West have dropped by 6% from the end of last year, and despite this drop, are still seeing a continuing downward trend. This, together with a decline in mortgage approvals, makes it pretty tough if you are hoping to sell house fast in the area.
However I can be the solution to your problem - I can make you an offer on your home today. Click here for a free valuation or just contact me to discuss your options and sell this house now.

If you are thinking ‘I want to sell my house’ or are looking to sell house fast, well here’s the bad news first.
Figures show that house prices fell again in June for the ninth month in a row. The fall was double that seen in April and May, at 1.2 percent. Year on year, house prices are down 3.4 percent in June. The asking price for homes are constantly dropping, and this is likely to get worse as the number of sales decline to levels last seen in the 1970’s. Many home-owners are expecting prices to fall over the next year especially, according to recent research, those living in Wales.
This whole problem is further exacerbated by restrictions in mortgage lending, which recent figures suggest, has now dropped by 63.8 per cent, with only 42,000 mortgage deals completed in May. This highlights how little faith lending institutions, such as banks, have in the property market’s ability to hold prices.
So what is the good news? Well the good news is that there are many investors out there who are still looking to buy property, even in this depressed market. Investors can offer a quick sale, within 4 weeks guaranteed, so you don’t have to worry about chain breaks. Investors will buy regardless of condition, so there is no need to spend money, and time, ‘doing’ your house up. Investors will buy after just one viewing, so there is no need to keep your house in pristine condition waiting for viewings or having to suffer time wasters.
There are no fees involved using an investor, so you will save money on estate agency fees and commissions, and you will have solicitors fees paid up to the value of £500. You can even rent your property back from the investor upon its sale.
If this is something you would be interested in then contact me now, or alternatively fill in the online offer form and sell house fast today.

Nationwide, the UK’s largest mortgage lender has declared that it is to increase its rates by 0. 5 percent. This will be applied to 2 and 3 year fixed rate mortgages offered to new customers, and those looking to re-mortgage, or change home. The Nationwide stands strong against its decision to increase rates, blaming the Bank of England’s reluctance to reduce base rates as the problem. This is something that unfortunately is unlikely to change whilst inflation continues to be an issue. Added to this, the cost of getting a 2 year fixed rate mortgage is now at its highest in over 10 years.
The outlook does not look rosy for those wanting to sell house fast, and ensure a quick house sale.
Aggravating this problem further, is the fact that less new-build properties are being built due to house builders feeling the pinch too. Figures out suggest there has been a 27 percent fall from last year.
If you find yourself in need of a quick house sale the look no further. I can arrange this for you. Simply fill in the online offer form or contact me today and we can arrange your quick house sale.
