I have just been contacted by a gentlemen who is looking to emigrate to Australia in the next few months, and who is in need of a quick house sale. He purchased his property early on in 2007, when thoughts of emigrating were a million miles from his mind. The property was quite run down, and he has spent much of his time renovating and getting the property into its present condition. However life happens, and he was offered an opportunity that simply was too good to turn down.
